how to prevent sports injuries

  • hydration: helps stay focused and prevents fatigue which could lead to injuries

  • warm up and cool down: streching and warming up the muscles, cool down( ice bath) prevents stiffness, soreness

  • know the rules of the game and the dangers of it

  • dont play with previous injuries, while being overly tired already or if you are sick

  • making sure you are in the right physical shape for your specific disipline or sport

  • the right gear( protective gear/footwear)
